Carroll County Times Archive, 1911 - 2024

The Carroll County Times Archive includes The Times and the Carroll County Times newspapers that were published between the years 1911 and 2024. The newspapers included in the archive were primarily created from microfilm copies that the Westminster Branch of the library had stored for many years. Starting in the year 2006, we began receiving the papers electronically from the Carroll County Times/Baltimore Sun. The full text of the papers is searchable or you can choose to browse by decade and year.
